How current is the company data?

Our system provides real-time access to company data directly from the official German company registers (Handelsregister). When you search for a company or request specific documents, we retrieve the most current information available from the source registers.

Why might a company not appear in search results?

There are several reasons why a company might not be found in our system:
  1. Not yet registered: The company may not be officially registered in the German commercial registers
  2. Search terms: Try different search terms or the exact legal name as registered
  3. Very recent registration: In rare cases, there might be a brief delay between official registration and availability in our system
  4. Inactive companies: Companies that have been dissolved, liquidated, or struck from the register may not appear in search results

What data is available for each company?

For each company, we provide access to:

  • Chronological extracts (Chronologische Übersicht)
  • Structured information (Strukturierte Informationen)

How often is the data updated?

Our system provides real-time access to the official registers. When you make a request:

  • No caching delays: You receive the same data that would be available if you accessed the registers directly
  • Immediate availability: New registrations and updates are available as soon as they’re processed by the official registers
